I recently bought my CX-9 at Quirk Mazda and was very pleased with my purchase. I have since purchased some accessories for my new vehicle at the parts counter. One of which was a set of crossbars and a Thule luggage carrier. The Thule came with the worst set of directions for installation that I have ever seen. I brought the Thule back in to see if I could possibly pay to have it installed by someone who had installed one previously. This was a day after our most recent blizzard. The parts manager Jeff Feliciano, who I had had the pleasure of meeting previously, was there and volunteered to give me a hand installing it. I am leaving tonight to go home for christmas and if Jeff had n0t helped me out I would have been in a real jam. I cannot thank him enough, so I thought I would drop a line to Quirk to let you know how great he was.
